ATTENTION CARVER RESIDENTS

The Residential Convenience Center is OPEN

Location: 

On Route 28, one-quarter mile north of the intersection of Route 28 and Route 58

Hours of Operation: 

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Tuesday - Saturday

  • Household Trash
Stumps and Brush
  • Newspapers

  • Cardboard
  • Glass Containers
  • Plastic Containers
  • Steel/Aluminum Cans
  • Propane Tanks

 

Hazardous Waste:
  • Gas Containers
  • Oil-Base Paints
  • Flammable Items
  • Batteries / Tires
  • Waste Oil

**Hazardous waste can be removed once a year on Hazardous waste day**

 

ITEMS STILL ACCEPTED AT THE MARION TRANSFER STATION

Rules and Regulations for the use of the Marion Transfer Station

Directions to the Marion Transfer Station

  • Construction and Demolition Materials less than 4 feet in length

  • Leaves and Grass Clippings

  • All Bulky Items: Mattresses, Carpets, White Goods, etc.

***ALL RESIDENTS MUST HAVE A VALID TOWN STICKER***
